Admin Assistant Eight Acres Hotel & Leisure Club, Morriston Rd, Elgin, Morayshire, IV30 6UL

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Eight Acres Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry and daily reconciliation’s, banking and general administrative tasks.

Candidate Responsibilities/Key Performance Measurements:

• Ensure rotas and timesheets are uploaded

• Data entry

• Sales Ledger

• Banking

• General Administrative Tasks

• Batching Invoices

Candidate Attributes:

• Plans, is highly organised and uses a systematic approach to ensure tasks are completed on time and priorities identified and handled appropriately

• Manages time and resources effectively

• High personal performance standards and a self-starter

• Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing

• Self-reliant, working with minimal control and direction

• Acts on own initiative when appropriate

• Can handle a large workload and works well under pressure

• Is a natural problem solver

• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite especially Excel

• Excellent systems knowledge

• Excellent administrative skills

• Ability to think quickly and find solutions to problems
