The opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our team as Spa Therapist. The ideal candidate will provide our guests with first-class customer service while managing all aspects of the Spa and ensuring that everything is running efficiently and smoothly.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent high level customer service
  • Research industry trends and develop new skills
  • Day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas and assist with demonstrations/events as required
  • Daily responsibility of your retail sales, treatments and enhancing your guests experience with you
  • Assist in daily running of the spa and paperwork
  • Diary management and administration duties
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies
  • Undertake full assessment of clients’ requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered
  • Ensure that clients are looked after efficiently and carry out treatments to the highest professional standard following our standards and procedures
  • Offer clients excellent homecare advice
  • Ensure that clients have the highest level of service and care at all times
  • As the Spa is open 7 days a week, you will be expected to work flexible shifts, including weekend work and bank holidays
  • Working as part of the wider hotel team supporting other departments to give our guests an outstanding experience
  • Conduct the safety of guests and equipment to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Spa/Beauty treatments, either a HND, NVQ, SVQ (Level 3), ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO
